In this session, you will:

  • Be guided through meditation practices that combine mudras and breathwork for deeper focus and relaxation.

  • Learn simple breathing techniques to reduce stress and restore harmony.

  • Gain practical knowledge to integrate mudras, meditation, and breathing into daily life and self-care routines.
