These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern all aspects of the supply of goods and services ("products") by "Heal and Charge New Zealand," referred to as "we," "us," to you, the purchaser of goods and services from us, collectively referred to as "you." This includes your use of the website located at www.healandcharge.co.nz ("the website"). These Terms and Conditions come into effect on the 1st of September 2023 and supersede all prior Heal and Charge New Zealand terms of trade and any conditions found in documents used by you that intend to create contractual obligations. By accessing and using our services and the website, you agree to fully comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Should you not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly request that you refrain from using the website.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such amendments shall become effective immediately upon their publication on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Continued access to or use of our website and services following the posting of any amendments shall constitute your acceptance of those changes.
To make a purchase from our online shop, you must be 18 years of age or older. By making a purchase, you warrant that you meet the age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
If you place an order on behalf of a company, trust, partnership, or any other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are duly authorised to act on behalf of and bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for ensuring that the entity complies with all obligations arising from this agreement.
We reserve the right to change these terms of trade by providing notice to you. Notice may be provided by posting the revised terms and conditions on our website. Your continued use of our services and the website after any such changes signifies your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

The product information presented on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only. While we endeavour to maintain accuracy and keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability current, such information is subject to change without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy; however, we do not warrant or guarantee the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the information provided.
We undertake reasonable measures to ensure that product descriptions accurately reflect the goods offered. Notwithstanding these efforts, variations in colour, size, and other characteristics may arise due to factors including but not limited to screen display differences and individual perception.
Due to the handcrafted nature of certain products — particularly the Koo-gan range — each item is inherently unique. Variations in appearance, colour, size, and the arrangement of components such as crystals may occur as a result of artisanal methods and material availability. Additionally, as our products are made using resin, small bubbles or minor surface irregularities may be present. These are natural characteristics of the resin casting process and do not affect the functionality or energetic properties of the product. Such variations and features shall not be considered defects or grounds for return.
Customers are encouraged to review all relevant product information carefully and contact us for clarification where required.
We strive to provide accurate pricing and availability information; however, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to adjust orders accordingly. We appreciate your understanding in the event of any discrepancies.
Information regarding products — including descriptions, pricing, and availability — may be updated or amended at our discretion without prior notice. You acknowledge and accept that reliance on such information is at your own risk and that it is your responsibility to review this information prior to making any purchase decisions.
Product images provided on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and may not precisely represent the products delivered. Given the handcrafted nature of our products, including Koo-gan devices, variations in colour, size, and crystal layouts are to be expected. These variations are inherent to artisanal production and do not compromise the product’s function or energetic properties. While we seek to present accurate representations, we do not guarantee exact conformity between images and the final product.

All orders placed via the Website are subject to product availability at the time of purchase. While we endeavour to accurately reflect current stock levels, the inclusion of a product on the Website does not constitute a guarantee of its availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
In the event that an ordered product is unavailable or out of stock, we will notify you promptly using the contact details provided at the time of your order. This communication will include details of the product's unavailability and any applicable alternatives.
Where feasible, we may offer an alternative or substitute product of comparable value and function. Acceptance of such an alternative is at your sole discretion. In accepting a substitute, you agree that the original order’s terms, including pricing and payment conditions, will continue to apply.
If you have already made payment for a product that is subsequently determined to be unavailable, you will be entitled to a full refund for that product. Such refunds will be processed using the original method of payment and issued within a reasonable timeframe.

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery timeframes, we shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, postal or courier delays, customs processing, strikes, or governmental actions.
