Function:

Women’s Health Detox

• Aids in the detoxification of the female reproductive system.

1.    Stage 1

• Put yourself in the Yang Energy Refilling Qigong position.
• Use the Women’s Health Detox with the metal side facing the Sacral Chakra for approximately 5-15 minutes.
• Balance and charge the detoxified Chakra by following the crystal side for an equivalent or longer duration if necessary.
• Continue this practice for 2 weeks before moving on to the second stage.

2.    Stage 2:

• Following stage 1, use the Women’s Health Reproduction with the metal side facing the Sacral Chakra for approximately 5-15 minutes.
• Balance and charge the detoxified Chakra by following the crystal side for an equivalent or longer duration if necessary.
• Continue this practice for 2 weeks before moving on to the third stage.

3.    Stage 3:

• Following stage 2, use the Women’s Health Enhancement with the metal side facing the Sacral Chakra for approximately 5-15 minutes.
• Balance and charge the detoxified Chakra by following the crystal side for an equivalent or longer duration if necessary.
• Continue to repeat stages 1, 2, and 3 in this practice as long as needed.
