This class is designed to help you reconnect with your authentic self and live with greater awareness. Through guided exploration, you will learn to recognise and release the patterns that shape your thinking and behaviour, allowing you to cultivate a clearer and more conscious way of living.
What you will learn:

Understanding Human Behaviour
• Explore the roots of human behaviour and why we act the way we do.
• Identify influences such as upbringing, culture, and social conditioning. -
Habits and Conditioning
• Learn how habits are formed and sustained over time.
• Understand how cultural norms and external pressures shape your daily decisions. -
Reviving the True Self
• Discover techniques to peel back layers of conditioning.
• Learn how to reconnect with your inner truth and authentic identity. -
Reflective Questions
• Explore the questions “What am I doing?” and “Why am I doing this?” to bring clarity and self-awareness. -
Living with Awareness
• Develop practical methods for mindfulness in daily life.
• Cultivate the ability to act consciously rather than react unconsciously.
Scheduling:
This class runs for 60 minutes. Appointments are allocated in order of booking and subject to consultant availability.
Complimentary Follow-up:
Participants are entitled to one complimentary follow-up by email, where up to 10 questions related to the class can be asked within 1 week. For further questions beyond this, we encourage booking a consultation session for personalised support.
